Responsibilities :
- Corporate Recruiter successfully reviews job description to understand the needs of the Clients/stakeholders as well do some research and ask questions that'll help them to identify the right candidate(s)
- Seek out candidates through networking, social media, job portals, employee referrals and other tactics to hunt out the top people to fill open positions.
- You should be able to create job postings that are articulate, professional and attention-grabbing to attract the right candidates, posting these on various online and offline resources
- Meet with applicants to discuss the position and to screen them for suitability
- Serve as the liaison between the company and the candidates by handling phone calls, questions and other details before and after interviews
- You will be responsible to negotiate salary and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements
- You must keep your candidates informed about the progress. This goes a long way to build your credibility and keep your candidates either coming back to you or sending referrals to you.
- Make job offers to applicants who pass screening and interview processes and are approved by management by providing them with an offer letter and discussing the benefits, requirements and details of the position
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Knowledge of excel, organized at maintaining MIS
- Any Graduate
- Should have at least 1 to 3 years of experience
CTC :
- 3 Lacs - 6 Lacs (Fixed + Variable)
Responsibilities :
- To update MIS
- Centre point for Sales Team.
- This person will coordinate for Sales related functioning like Sales Planning RSP, Sales calendarization v/s achievement, Channel Management data and create all kind of MIS like product wise Sales trends, collection trends BU / Depot / TM wise and supporting the sales team in order to facilitate smooth achievement of set objective
- Good experience in handling MIS related work
- Dashboard, MIS Monthly Report and performance review
- Knowledge on advance excel shortcut keys , formulas and function as per depend on report.
- Prepare daily, weekly , monthly MIS Report
- Maintain data as per requirement.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Knowledge of MIS

- Implement key people processes and system like Performance Management Cycle, development / Improvement plans, Mobility, Training Need Identification ,Succession planning etc
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Professional HR specialization from the Tier 1 or Tier 2 Management Institutes.
- Good exposure to core HR functions – Recruitment, Manpower planning, Training, Compensation and support business by developing right HR strategy etc.
- Multitasking and managing complexity.
CTC :
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for generating sales with project-specific inquiries.
- Handle Walk in Customers and take follows up.
- Get connected between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.
- Report on sales activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure.
- Reaching the targets and goals set, establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
- Should be good with his/her presentation skills and communication skills
- Should be a proactive, available at all times to solve issues and should be provide creative solutions to complex problems
Desired Candidate Profile :

- 5 Lacs - 6.5 Lacs for Pre - Sales Executive (Fixed + Variable)
Responsibilities :
- Pre Sales is about managing leads from various sources & generating potential customers to various projects.
- The candidate is responsible to lead a team of pre sales tele-calling associates to generate quality walk-in across various projects.
- Job also includes understanding the customers need & pitching the appropriate product as suitable to the customer.
- Strong sales acumen with a versatile attitude.
- Conducting & engaging in client site visits / meetings.
- Training & mentoring/ auditing team with regards to quality pitching.
- Assist the sales team in qualifying potential customers to achieve the sales target.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Any Graduate
- Should have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in real estate preferably with Category A developers
CTC :
- 7.5 Lacs - 10 Lacs for Pre - Sales Managers
